Get a refund or fix a charge
Refunds for App Store purchases go through Apple. Here's how.

Step 1 of 3
Request it from Apple
Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, pick the LeadMeNot purchase and choose Request a refund. Apple reviews it, usually within a few days.

Think you were charged the wrong amount?
Email jason@leadmenot.org with a screenshot of the charge. Charges show as CJ2 Solutions LLC.

Stop future charges
Cancelling is separate from a refund. See Manage or cancel your subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
