Move LeadMeNot to a new phone
Got a new phone? Free up your old one so the new one can sign in.

Remove the old phone first, if you still have it
On the old phone, open LeadMeNot, go to You › Manage devices and tap the X next to it. Then sign in on the new phone.

Already sold or reset the old phone?
Email jason@leadmenot.org with your account email. We'll remove the old phone, usually within minutes. You don't need the old phone to do this.
Seeing Device Limit Reached on the new phone means the old one is still counted. The same fix applies.

Sign in the same way as before
On the new phone, sign in with the same email, or the same Apple or Google option you used before. Signing in a different way creates a new, empty account.

Set your protection up again
Custom app rules on iPhone don't carry over between phones because of Apple's privacy rules, so recreate them. Your partner and account stay the same.
