You're not getting alerts
Usually Monitor is off, or they chose Blocking only. Here's the checklist.

Is Monitor on?
Alerts only go out for rules with Monitor switched on, and the Monitor card on their Block & Monitor tab has to say Active. Blocking alone tells nobody. Ask them to check, or send them Make sure your partner gets alerts.
Their setup

Did they choose Blocking only?
If they picked Blocking instead of Full Protection during setup, they were never asked to add a partner and Monitor is off. They can add you from You › Partner and turn Monitor on.
Your inbox

Is your email right?
Have them check the address under You › Partner. Then check your spam folder and add jason@leadmenot.org to your contacts.

Silence can also be good news
No alerts with Monitor on and the rules in place means no rules were broken. The evening reflections are the better daily signal.
