Approve or decline a Safe Wall request
What a request is, how to answer it, and what each answer does.
What it is
Step 1 of 4
Why you got a request
They set Safe Wall to Approval from partner, so any change that loosens their protection comes to you first: turning a rule off, whitelisting a site, removing a partner, or switching protection off entirely. The request includes their reason.
How
Step 2 of 4
Answer it in the email or the app
Open the email and tap Approve or Decline, or answer it in the LMN Partner app. Either works. Until you answer, the change is on hold and they're stuck.
Approve
Step 3 of 4
What approve does
The change happens straight away. Approving a whitelist for their bank is reasonable. Approving "turn off the adult list for the weekend" probably isn't. You're allowed to ask why first.
Decline
Step 4 of 4
What decline does
Nothing changes, and they're told you declined. That's a fine answer. The system exists so that a weak moment needs a second person. Tell them you'll talk it through if they want.
