A benefit, not a policy
People know when their attention is being eaten and would often like help. What they don't want is their employer watching. LeadMeNot works as a voluntary benefit: the company sponsors access, each person decides whether to use it, and what they block, when, and who else knows is entirely theirs. Distracting apps during deep-work hours, phones away after dinner, betting apps gone during the season, or anything else they choose.
What the employer gets, and doesn't
The employer sponsors licenses and lets people know the benefit exists. It gets no productivity scores, no browsing history, no dashboards and no HR integrations, because none of those exist and none should. We'd rather tell you that now than have you expect it later.
How access works
Licenses correspond to people, and an unlimited-device license covers one person's devices, work and personal. Employees redeem an organization code on the app's first screen with no payment screen, then set up whatever they want. You can sponsor more licenses than are redeemed at first. Price and term are worked out for your team's size; there's no rate card.

Tell us about your team
This opens an email to Jason, LeadMeNot's founder, with what you've typed. He reads every one and replies himself. No sales team, no sequence.
We offer institution-specific licensing based on the size of your community, the number of people you'd like to equip, and your rollout goals. Whether you're starting with a smaller group or exploring broader access, we can help identify an approach that fits.

Is participation mandatory?
No. It's a voluntary benefit. Each person decides whether to activate it and how to use it.
Can people use it on personal devices?
Yes. An unlimited-device license covers one person's supported devices, personal and work.
